Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology’s Vice - Chancellor Prof. Stephen Agong’ commissioned and awarded certificates to 20 Integrity Assurance Officers (IAOs) having undergone successful training by The National Integrity Academy (NIAca), the training arm of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).

The New IAOs are now set to offer their knowledge and skills in ethics and integrity to the University. The University has expanded her trained personnel to a total of 30 IAOs up from 10 IAOs.

The University is committed to continuous improvement in public service through training and public awareness on integrity matters and fully supports the EACC’s short-term prevention strategies such as intelligence sharing with peer agencies in an effort to combat corruption and unethical practices in the public sector.
